There is a lady I know through Crop Chocolate, she goes by Scrappy Canuck. You have heard me mention her before, I think she is super talented and I have learned a lot of things from seeing her work posted on various blogs. She made a great card that she entered in one of the challenges and I was dying for a tutorial…well here it is HOT off presses, you should definitely check it out, I did!
I bought the Tim Holtz Movers and Shapers butterflies and I saved the packaging thinking I might just be able to use it…it turned out to be perfect for this project. I used MME Lush cardstock, EP Little Boy cardstock, Distress Ink-Walnut Stain, Dear Santa rhinestones, Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist-Red Nosed Reindeer and Stickles-Cotton Candy from Crop Chocolate. I also used Sissix Scallop Circle die, Pebbles ribbon, Distress Ink-Vintage Photo, Ranger clear embossing powder, clear stamp, Maya Road chip board butterfly, Ranger mini stapler.
I LOVE this technique! And if I can do it so can you!! Thanks Scrappy Canuck for such great instructions…they made this such a fun project that I will surely do many more times in the near future!!
