Stampendous and Ribbon Resource Unite


Hello ribbon lovers!!  You probably have seen that the Prima Ribbonistas are swapping with Stampendous this week.  You should have gotten here from Lori Williams. I am sure you are seeing some great projects and are inspired to create!

I am sharing a card with lots of fun details!!


Here is what you will need.

May Arts Ribbon used:
1 inch Eyelet Trim Ribbon, 18 inches
¼ inch Silk-Antique Gold, 12 inches
Green Leaves, 6 inches

Other Supplies used:
Stampendous clear stamps Friendly Phrases
Stampendous cling rubber stamps Angel Aviary
Stampendous embossing powder Summer Shine
Circle and scalloped circle dies
Patterned paper
Prima flowers
Tiny glue dots
Perfect pearls
Distress Markers

For the background with eyelet layers I started by cutting a circle out of my patterned paper.



I used the cutout as a base.



Then adhered my layers of eyelet to it.



I adhered the circle to the card base after trimming a bit.



I like how you can see the color of the patterned paper through the eyelet.



Of course I had to have layers…



This ended up being my mom’s card, her birthday was last week!!

    LOVE this!! The Angel Aviary is so pretty and that flower is lovely! Great idea to use the ribbon to create the background texture! TFS!
